Gerry's Home!

Well my little brother got home from his mission (Mexico city) this past Wednesday and it's good to have Him home.
So wednesday Bill and I got up semi-early (before noon) that's good for us... anyway we got up and were doing things around the house and then bill went outside to water the grass and we had a little visitor, and he wasn't very friendly.
the lizard was not a happy camper, after bill tried to pick him up twice but dropping him because he was biting bill, he ran to the storage unit, bill got smart and put on a glove picked him up, and moved him out to the front yard in the bushes. But before he was moved to a new home i got a good picture of him, trying to bite the camera no less....
he really is a little evil looking thing. Don't you think?
Well after the eventful day around the house bill, Me, and the family went to the airport to pick up Gerry. We all went out to dinner (a Mexican place) Gerry wanted to see if "our" Mexican food was as good as Mexico's. He was not impressed. After dinner we went home had cake and played rockband, Gerry got it as a welcome home present! Lets just say bill and i were fighting over the microphone, crazy right! i know.....

it's time for you all to get Crafty!

well i was thinking.... i love to make home made cards and the supplier for my fix is my best friend lani.. but the company we buy our stamps, ink paper etc from is...
STAMPIN' UP!
so i was thinking that i should have a stampin up party with all my close family & friends and anyone else that would wish to come.
here is what you do at a stampin up party. the demonstrator has 2 projects to do, usually cards, so everyone gets to make a couple of projects using the stampin up supplies. after we've finished making the projects there is opportunity for those of you that wish to purchase some supplies for their own at home projects can, the catalog is amazing there is so much stuff to choose from! the best part is everyone gets to walk away with someting and you didn't have to buy it! stampin up is so easy, and they can be used for so many more things than just cards, scrapbooking recipe books, and photo frames just to name a few! and they make it easy for you because everything is coordinated to ink, stamps, paper, you name it they got it coordinating.
so i guess if anyone is interested in participating in a stampin up party with me let me know and i'll get the invite out to you!

She's crafty!

Front, inside,back
Well... tonight i went to my good friend Lani's house. I was under the impression that i would be watching Forces of Nature, whilce she worked on the news letter for the Atv club she is in, but instead i got to dive into the world of making some homemade cards! It started out a little rough, you see i wasn't sure what kind of card i should make and which stamps and color scheme i shoud use. One i got that all figured out it was actually a lot of fun and i look forward to spending another late night making cards very soon in the future! Here is a little something i dreamed up!
Also my cute little Fox man was working and he stopped by to say hello, see what trouble i was getting into, and to give the old lady a smooch on the lips

What kind of Shoe?

You Are Most Like Carrie!

You're quirky, flirty, and every guy's perfect first date.

But can the guy in question live up to your romantic ideal?

It's tough for you to find the right match - you're more than a little picky.

Never fear... You've got a great group of friends and a

great closet of clothes, no matter what!

Romantic prediction: You'll fall for someone this year...

Totally different from any guy you've dated.

You Are Clogs

You are a solid and down to earth person.

You seek – and almost always achieve – a really sound balance in your life.

You are stylish yet comfortable. Mellow but driven. Excited yet calm.

You are the perfect mesh of contradictions.

No matter what happens, you have the ability to stay well grounded in your life.

People know that they can truly depend on you.

You should live: In Europe

You should work: At a company dedicated to helping the world

so to be honest a little disappointed about being a clog but then while ready what it says is pretty much true.

You Should Be a Politician

Confident, assertive, and dedicated - you know what you want in life and how to get it.

Stubborn and opinionated, you can stand your ground... even if it's unpopular.

And while you have strong views, you never overwhelm people with your opinions.

A true charmer, you subtly influence people into seeing things your way.

You do best when you:

- Work according to your own rules

- Can change the world with what you do

You would also be a good lawyer or talk show host.

this is me to a T i think...

Bored while at work...

Let me preface this blog real quick. At my work we have an outside company launder our uniforms (anyone who knows me... knows i don't wear the work uniform)
So i was at work a few nights back and it was pretty slow. Frank one of the service writers was picking up his work uniforms and couldn't believe what was in with his clothes.... A uniform that wasn't his!!!
this may come as a shock but here at dodge it happens all the time.... so as i was saying it was a slow night, lani my good friend and co-worker was hanging out with me and waiting for me to get off work. lucky for all you guys lani was there to capture just what was in franks pile of uniforms. a very large shirt that definitely was not his. Of course me being me could not pass up an opportunity to get a few laughs and this is how i did it! enjoy!
well i guess at dodge now we are issued "dress" uniforms instead of the plain old boring ones!

this is for you lani! =0)
